These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://avrivibeauty.com/ and any purchase you make from AVRIVI Beauty.
AVRIVI is a trading name of BY AVRIRESTA PTY LTD, ABN 86 670 994 902, based in Melbourne, Australia. In these Terms, “AVRIVI”, “AVRIVI Beauty”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring the information provided when ordering is complete and accurate.
2. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. However, product colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your skin tone, lighting, device and screen settings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to a “universal” tint or suitability for “most skin tones” do not guarantee that a product will suit every complexion.
Product packaging, ingredients, specifications and availability may change from time to time. Please check the product packaging and ingredient list before use, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities.
3. SPF and skincare information
AVRIVI cushion skin tints are designed for convenient SPF touch-ups, including over makeup. They are not intended to replace your primary sunscreen or other sun-protection measures.
Always follow the directions and warnings on the product packaging. Use sunscreen products as part of a broader sun-protection routine, which may include protective clothing, shade and limiting prolonged sun exposure.
Information provided on our website is general product information and is not medical or dermatological advice. Individual results and skin reactions may vary. If you have a medical condition, sensitive skin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from a qualified health professional.
Any claims shown on our website apply only where supported by the product’s final formulation, testing, labelling and applicable regulatory requirements.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Information provided appears incomplete or incorrect.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
- There is an obvious pricing or product-description error.
- Delivery is unavailable to the supplied address.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Payment is processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout. These may be provided by third-party payment processors and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.
6. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to any specific conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotions apply only during the stated promotional period.
- Promotions are subject to product availability.
- Discounts do not apply retrospectively to completed orders.
We may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
7. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.
Standard shipping is:
- Free for orders over $99; or
- A flat rate of $10 for orders of $99 or less.
Orders placed before 12 pm Melbourne time are ordinarily dispatched on the same day, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Same-day dispatch is subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dispatch time is not the same as delivery time. Delivery estimates are guides only and may be affected by Australia Post delays, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned to us because an address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel was not collected.
8. Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@avrivibeauty.com as soon as possible.
We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
9. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy if a product:
- Is faulty or unsafe.
- Is materially different from its description.
- Does not perform as represented.
- Is damaged when received.
- Is not the product you ordered.
The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor under the Australian Consumer Law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products simply because you have changed your mind. This does not limit your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
If there is a problem with your order, contact info@avrivibeauty.com and include:
- Your name and order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs where relevant.
Please contact us within a reasonable period after discovering the problem. Do not dispose of the product until we have reviewed your request.
Where a product is confirmed to have a fault or problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary between financial institutions.
10. Product availability
All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.
We may introduce purchase limits where reasonably necessary to manage limited stock, promotions or suspected resale activity.
11. Accounts and account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
12. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that:
- It reflects your genuine experience.
- It does not infringe another person’s rights.
- It is not misleading, unlawful, abusive or defamatory.
- You have permission to submit any people or material shown.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that content for operating and promoting AVRIVI, unless otherwise agreed.
Placeholder, illustrative or incentivised testimonials will be clearly identified and will not be represented as verified customer reviews.
13. Intellectual property
The AVRIVI Beauty name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and other website content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and make copies for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
14. Acceptable website use
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another user’s account.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with the website’s operation.
- Scrape, copy or extract website content for commercial use without permission.
- Submit false, misleading or harmful content.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment and delivery providers.

You are responsible for using products according to their directions, warnings and intended purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The Terms applying to an order are generally those displayed when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You and AVRIVI submit to the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them. This does not prevent you from exercising any rights available under applicable consumer law.
